These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of luxury jewelry, watches, and other products (collectively, “Products”) from David Yurman via our website (davidyvrmen.com) or through other authorized channels. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order with David Yurman, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information for all order and account details (including shipping, billing, and contact information);

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Order Submission: When you submit an order through our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price (in USD, as displayed on the site).
  • Order Confirmation: We will send an email acknowledgment (to the email address you provide) upon receiving your order, but this does not constitute acceptance of your offer. Acceptance occurs only when we ship the Products and send a “Shipment Confirmation” email with tracking details.
  • Order Modifications/Cancellations: We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations to orders once they have been submitted. If you need to adjust an order, contact our customer service team immediately at service@davidyurman.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we reserve the right to decline requests if the order has already entered the processing or shipping stage (typically within 1–3 business days of submission).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: All Product prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes (where required by law) and duties (for international orders, if applicable). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will be fulfilled at the price listed at the time of order submission.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other authorized payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method and that sufficient funds/credit are available to cover the order total.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Terms: We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of submission, and standard delivery takes 6–12 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee (if applicable), with details provided at checkout.
  • Shipping Addresses: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect address information. If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., 无人接收), the carrier may return the package to us, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of damage to or loss of Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier (or upon delivery to your specified address, depending on local laws).

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: You may return unused, undamaged Products (in their original packaging, with all tags and documentation) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding any expedited shipping fees paid). Custom or personalized Products are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at service@davidyurman.com to request a return authorization and instructions. Returned Products must be shipped back in secure packaging, and you are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defect or our error).
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned Products (to confirm they meet return conditions), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Product Availability & Defects

  • Availability: Product availability is indicated on our website, but we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if a Product is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued. If your order is canceled due to unavailability, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Defective Products: We stand behind the quality of our Products. If you receive a defective or damaged Product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@davidyurman.com. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund (at our discretion) at no cost to you, including covering return shipping fees.
